• Log into your account to view your order history and status.
• Still stuck? Email support@byepound.comwith your order number and we'll resend it immediately.

Tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived

Contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If they can't locate it, email us at support@byepound.com within 48 hours so we can open a claim on your behalf.
