Return Policy

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn't right, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund to your original payment method.
What qualifies
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise
- All original tags still attached
- Item returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Final sale
For hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & base layers
- Socks
- Sauna sets
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email returns@byepound.comwithin 3 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a prepaid return label and RMA number.
- Drop the package at any USPS location. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return + re-order. Place a new order for the correct size/color and we'll refund the original once it arrives back in our warehouse.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@byepound.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
