Return Policy

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn't right, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund to your original payment method.

What qualifies

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise
  • All original tags still attached
  • Item returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Final sale

For hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & base layers
  • Socks
  • Sauna sets
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@byepound.comwithin 3 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and RMA number.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return + re-order. Place a new order for the correct size/color and we'll refund the original once it arrives back in our warehouse.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@byepound.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
