Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our facility in the United States Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Domestic shipping (USA)
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $99
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $8 on orders under $99
- Delivery window: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited and overnight options available at checkout
Order processing
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During limited drops or restocks, processing can take up to 5 business days — you'll always receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
International shipping
International rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or stolen packages
Byepound is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't locate the package, please contact the carrier first and reach out to support@byepound.com— we'll do everything we can to help.
